MOST USA STANDARD SHIPPING ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 4 - 10 DAYS from the date they are processed.

We do everything we can to get you your item as fast as possible, whether you live on the East Coast in sunny Florida or in a hamlet in Alaska! Live in Canada? We ship to locations all across Canada direct from MyShopville Headquarters!

Orders will ALWAYS arrive within the promised delivery times which can be found below!

We do everything we can to get you your item as fast as possible, whether you live on the West Coast in British Columbia or in a hamlet in Newfoundland! Live in the USA? We bring all USA orders across the border before shipping within the United States... So you NEVER pay customs fees!

While most packages will be delivered within 2-7 business days, they will sometimes arrive within the extended shipping times below (estimated delivery times begin on the first full business day after your order is processed):

USA - USPS

• USA (Standard - Tracking Included): Typically 5-10 business days, may take up 14 days.
• USA (Expedited - Tracking Included): Typically 2 to 5 business days, may take up 7 days.
       (Some exceptions apply; Alaska and Hawaii may experience additional delays).

Canada - Canada Post + FedEx

• Canada (Standard - Tracking NOT Included): Typically 6-10 business days, may take up to 20 days.
• Canada (Expedited - Tracking Included): Typically 2-4 business days, may take up to 8 days.
• Canada (Express - Tracking Included): 1 - 2 business days. (Some exceptions apply).

USA and Canada orders Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) and Standard delivery is always
FREE for orders over $35!

How Does MyShopville Process Returns?

All returns on unwanted product must be in their original condition and may be returned within thirty (30) days from the delivery date at the buyer's expense (exceptions will be made during times of postal delay).

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless we send you the wrong item or defective product, but more on that later).

Items that shipped NEW that are returned USED are only eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the original price paid.

New merchandise MUST be returned or exchanged in NEW condition with all original packaging and contents.

MyShopville.com is NOT responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier. Please use an insured courier with tracking information to avoid such an occurrence!

How Does MyShopville Handle Refunds?

Refunds are issued once an item is returned to us and is confirmed in the same condition as it was upon leaving MyShopville.

All refunds are only able to be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. While refunds are issued by MyShopville immediately, your financial institution may hold the funds for 3-5 business days before depositing them into your account.

How Does MyShopville Handle Improperly Shipped Items/Damaged Deliveries/Defective Product?

All items are warrantied for thirty (30) days from the day they leave MyShopville. If your item arrives and is the incorrect item, is damaged, or is defective, simply contact us to initiate a no-hassle return.

Defective or damaged products can be replaced ONLY with the same product. A full refund of the purchase price can instead be issued at your request.

In the event of damaged or defective product, the customer will be emailed a pre-paid return label and will pay NO return shipping fee. Refunds/exchanges will be issued once the item arrives back at MyShopville.

In the event we ship the incorrect item, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to the customer and the product will be replaced with the CORRECT item immediately upon arrival of the INCORRECT item back at MyShopville.

Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
