In a world where curses, supernatural creatures born from human negative emotions, pose a constant threat, Jujutsu Kaisen- Season 1, Part 1 tells the story of Yuji Itadori, a high school student with exceptional physical abilities. 

Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate whose curses have attacked, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna. Guided by the most powerful sorcerer, Satoru Gojo, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Jujutsu High School, an organization that fights the curses.

As Yuji begins training, he meets other Jujutsu Sorcerer students, including the stoic Megumi Fushiguro and the vivacious Nobara Kugisaki. Together, they face an array of terrifying curses while hunting down the remaining Sukuna Fingers to prevent Ryomen Sukuna's resurrection, a cataclysmic event that would bring untold chaos to the world.
