Charlie Sheen is escaped convict Jack Hammond and Kristy Swanson is Natalie, the billionaire's daughter Jack seizes as a hostage. The unplanned abduction quickly accelerates into a high-speed race for the Mexican boarder with Jack at the wheel of Natalie's BMW and a multitude of others in hot pursuit.
