Shopville is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. When something goes wrong, your order is backed by our comprehensive refund policy.

To initiate a return or refund, please Contact Us and the Shopville Customer Support Team will help you as soon as they can. Be sure to include the order number you are referencing to ensure the fastest service.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If your original payment method is no longer active, you will need to contact your financial institution for more information on receiving refunds to a closed account. Please note that while refunds are issued by Shopville immediately, your financial institution may hold the funds for 3-5 business days before depositing them into your account.

Once a refund has been issued, an automated email confirmation will be sent to the email address used to place the order with all of the details. If you believe your automated email is missing, please check your spam folder or Contact Us.

All Shopville products are eligible for return within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. For Standard Shipping orders with no tracking, this date will be considered fifty (50) days from the date the item shipped. Unwanted products must be shipped back at the buyer's expense.


Unwanted Product

  • Items returned in original condition are eligible for a full refund or exchange
  • Items returned opened or damaged may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%
  • Items returned that are unfit to sell will not be eligible for a refund

Items Damaged in Transit/Incorrect Items

  • Items damaged in transit and items that don't match the listing description are eligible for a full refund or exchange as long as they are returned in the same condition as they were received or they may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%
  • To initiate a return, simply Contact Us or see the Return Policy page for more information - for these types of returns, Shopville will provide pre-paid postage so your order can be sent back to us free of charge

Incorrect Shipping Used/Late Arrivals

  • Items shipped using an incorrect shipping method will be eligible for a full shipping refund once the order has been delivered and the recipient can ensure there are no further issues with delivery
  • Items shipped using the correct shipping method that arrive late will be eligible for a full shipping refund once the order has been delivered and the recipient can ensure there are no further issues with delivery - if an attempt at delivery was made or a hold for pickup notice was issued, this will be considered the delivery date regardless of when you receive the product
  • Items shipped using the correct shipping method that arrive late are only eligible for a refund if the correct address information was given at the time the order was placed
  • Please note that effective March 18th, 2020 Canada Post has suspended all delivery guarantees due to COVID-19 - if your order was shipped using the correct shipping method and arrives late, we are unable to issue a shipping refund until further notice unless there are extenuating circumstances - more information can be found on our Shipping Info page
