France, beginning of the 70's. Lucie, a ten year old little girl, kidnapped a few months earlier, is found wandering on the road. Her abused body does not carry any trace of sexual assault. The reasons of her disappearance remain mysterious. Traumatised and mute, she is placed in a hospital where she finds friendship with Anna, a girl her age.
